About
Real estate wholesaling is a real estate investing strategy where an investor (the wholesaler) contracts a distressed or undervalued property, then assigns or sells the contract to another buyer for a profit. The wholesaler doesn't actually own the property, but rather acts as a middleman between the seller and the buyer. The wholesaler finds motivated sellers who are willing to sell their property quickly and at a discount, and then negotiates a purchase price that allows for a profit when they sell the contract to the end buyer.
